Departure
Arrival’s sister: Departure. A smattering of blue forget-me-not florals, gifted in the darkest moments of grief, Asphodels symbolizing a regret that follows you to the grave, and the skull of a crow, an omen of the end. The dragon mourns its person, whether that be dragon or rider, or any creature, gazing into the sky and left to imagine what is beyond this world. The river flows, as the earth rotates no matter who leaves. A world green and vibrant, yet empty. Arrival was a gorgeous world awaiting you at the end, and Departure is what is left behind.
