One Day

An epressive piece inspired by, and painted exclusively during the duration (2 hours, 48 minutes) of, the movie Pirate’s of the Caribbean, At World’s End, this piece is a dreamy sunset seascape in the midst of a calm ocean. A warm yellow half domed sun slowly sets lighting up a warm orange to dusty pink to pale baby blue sky. Light sun refractions bounce along the warm toned ocean reflecting colors of the sky and featuring warm-ish greens and dark blues. This piece is 11x14x1 inches on Masonite board. Varnished in high gloss Liquitex, edged with Mars black, and picture hanging wire installed for convenient displaying.
