Smugglers Inlet can be found on Northern Eldoria near the mines found in the Hallowed Mountains along the shores of Silver Lake. The inlet makes for the most strategic escape for the dragon riders in their piracy endeavors, smuggling precious stones from the mountain to the nearby islands, infamously deemed Smugglers Islands.
